Horace, I can't believe what I just read, posted by The Real Truth. You said it correctly, when you stated that this is some collector that has had their pee pee slapped. If "The Real Truth" were known, this poster/collector has probably violated the FDCPA as recently as today, and is worried by what they are reading on this forum, (and should be). We are becoming much more educated in how to set a CA on the road to Bankruptcy.

I said all that to say this; Just keep doing what you are doing and wait until those stupid CA's mess up and violate the C&D in writing. Then sue their (aye double es's). I would be happy to assist you in exactly what you should put in your petition, and I would be happy to locate their registered agent for you, so they can be served and you can have your fun fun day in court.
