You need to wait for at least 30 to 45 days, at least that's what I do, before you send a copy of your validation letter and CRRR to the CRA for deletion. Just because you send a letter to the CA disputing the account, doesn't mean they are going to add dispute, immediately to your CR. It is a violation if they don't, but the CA still has a certain amount of time that is considered reasonable before they add the disputed listing.

What you are wanting to do, is to get the problem account deleted. You do that by, sending the validation, dispute and C&D letter to the CA first. Allow them a reasonable amount of time to validate, when they don't, then send a copy of your letter and CRRR to the CRA for deletion along with a brief letter stating exactly what you have done and that the CA can't validate this debt. Do not send a dispute letter to the CRA, they will only say that they have verified this account or that your dispute was of a frivolous nature. This is why I always start with the CA or the OC for any and all validation. You will get your deletion faster.
