Help!!!!!! Equifax is screwing me.

I sent CRRR to the CA on the nov 17 and then disputed with Equifax,experian and Trans union like on the Nov 20 and I have not received anything from the CA but equifax sent me a letter saying that one of my items have been previously verified and it is frivilous. They don't have anything on my report saying it's in dispute so what do I do now. How can they say it was verified and not investigate it and keep this on my credit.
