The last date REPORTED does NOT extend the 7 year period. If the charge-off or date of last activity gets changed, that will extend it .. and its illegal re-aging. Its called 'running the statute' and if you catch anyone doing it you can sue them for FCRA violations.

All derogs should drop off at 7 years from the charge-off date. If they do no, dispute as obsolete.
