W&A have also told me that they can only go down to 80%. I heard that they can actually reduce it to 70% but that seems about as low as I heard they have gone in the past few months. The problem you will have, like me, is that every month you call the amount they quote is larger because of interest and fees etc. that they tack on. I'm stuck in the NAF and expect to lose. should do what you can to stop them from getting the NAF going, otherwise you will lose. Computerguy is offering a validation pack that may be worth trying to stop W&A from demanding arbitration. I haven't tried it because I got on this forum too late. Good luck!
