What you have written here will NOT suffice as an Answer to the lawsuit, it will only result in a default judgment against you. You must list 1 answer for every single one of the allegations/questions on the Complaint. A general denial of all of them is best.

Go to WhyChat's site. There are links there on how to answer a lawsuit, be it beyond SOL or not.

Going on about validation as an Answer to a lawsuit is improper and will be ignored by the Plaintiff - save it for court.
