I owe mbna $8000 dollars spread over two accounts got disabled temporaly stoped paying them I have no assets no job at this point. Ended up having to leave college and move in with my buddie. Am looking for a job but only will make about 20000 a year most of my money will have to go for expenses for me and my family does anybody know the probablity of them sueing me I know pa is not a garnishment state and I have no appreciable assets beside a 3000$ car. accounts are about 4 months behind should I let them charge off or struggle to pay them. My credit is already screwed by a 5000 dollars I owe enterprise rent a car from accident any feedback would be appreciated thank you so very much would appreciate any feedback
