Sounds great and it is nice to see that the lady knows her stuff also. Whychat has a hippaa letter but she may just delete and save you the effort. IT is too bad you did not have the conversation on tape because you could have used it against the CA. If you can get something showing the CAs violation then I would sue regardless. AFter all, they are doing this to other people and if you quit now they will continue. Make them pay and collect $1000 from them.
