The reason you lost is either because you did not have a good attorney or you attempted this ProSe. Signed CC Charge slips are acquired in discovery, as Production of Documents and also in Admissions, i.e., do you or do you not have signed CC Charge Slips as verification of this debts existance, according to such and such case law. These are crucial to the Plaintiff's cause. These cases never make it to court as the Plaintiff's dismiss before the court date for "lack of proof" of the debts existance. If you are sued again, remember this, it will save you a lot of money.
