The reason they filed for a summary Judgment is because you admitted to the debt by sending the SOL letter. Be prepared to argue the SOL and file your Affirmative Defense, if you don't you lose your right to use it as a defense at all. Bringing the Statue to court with you is not proof. You will need Case Law.
