Hello fellow ohio person. IF the debt was charged off 8/00 then the last payment and start of the SOL is 2/00. There is a large debate on whether or not the sol is 4 or 6 years but I say 4 years and so do alot of others. However, ohio judges are kinda dumb and I have seen rulings for 4,6, and even 15 years. I would wait until the end of feb and then send whychats SOL letter with a cease and desist.
