i'm new to this forum as well doc. from what i've read the past few days, don't send them a damn cent until you have everything in writing. i've also read about requesting/demanding a deletion, or 'paid', or 'paid as agreed' to your credit report. i'm just a rookie here, you'll get lots more insight from extremely knowledgeable people, trust me!!!
