any and all who reply, i'm quite new to the forum, you guys are all angels in disguise. anyways, i have two debts that i believe i'm going to try the dispute/validate thing. problem is, just this past month, i mailed out letters to all CAs telling them this: absolutley no money (live w/ parents), recent grad, currently unemployed, expect some form of income within the next week or two, wish to make payments just asap to get clean record...here's the big one, i signed it!!! (wish i could of found this forum weeks ago) so my question is when i do send the DV letters to these people that has my signature, am i totally screwed? knowing how they truly are, will they somehow try to forge that signature on to a bogus contract to pay, that I OBVIOUSLY haven't signed nor does exist. think i really screwed up guys. anyone and everyone answer, please!
