If you DO have a judgment against you on record, it may still be enforceable even though it dropped off your credit reports. Th first thing to do is to check the court records of the County where you were living when the car was repossessed. If there is no judgment against you, and you know the name of the CA who is harrassing you, (have they sent you anything in writing?) then file a complaint with the FTC and your State Attorney General and send them the REPO letter from my website.
