Upon going on to any public record website and accessing Court records, you are required to accept the privacy agreement which is required by Federal & State law to be posted.

If you click "yes" or continue on to the site after the privacy notice you are bound to obey it's prohibition about publishing any of the material in public.

In the few cases where I or others have been forced to divulge published Court records (to unmask a collection agent troll) we have excerpted the details without copying the whole sordid story.
