my bestest friends sherman got a hold of my cell phone # somehow, so i answered unknowingly. i know how to deal with these people over the phone, you don't!!!, i said i have nothing to say, so the gerk on the other end says 'OK, i'll just mark this as refusal to pay' and he hung up. is this some sort of FDCPA violation? if i get sent some sort of summons can i use this against them somehow. i have the guys name.
