i just did the opt out...trying to learn so much here on this mess. the one i know about is capitol one lol...having dealt with them and 2 CAs they use. nasty people. btw they told me the only way it would be in writing was if i paid part right then..LOL. righttttt. dont believe a word they say. and good luck to u all....expect the illegal ....dont believe a word u hear..
