If you haven't paid in 2.5 years, that $900 is now probably either doubled or even tripled !

Check your credit reports and see what's there, what CA etc. Discover likely hasn't sued because you had no job and no assets, although that usually doesn't stop them. Once a job shows up on your credit report/asset search, you could still be a target.
