That is why Ameridebt has been kicked out of CA and a few other states and is being sued by several others !

They SAY its a voluntary fee, but if you don't pay it they don't to squat for you. This kind of thing is typcial of all of these places. They will ruin your credit if you had decent credit to start with and will get you sued if you're already in bad shape.

I hope you cancelled any contracts with these thieves ! What is your status with them now ? Are you looking for damage control at this point ?
