I had about the same dealing with them, I filed a complaint with the BBB. They are trying to get me ot settle for about 20 percent of what I want. I just started talking to them a few days ago/ Im holding out for what I want.
My BBB complaint seems to be making some headway. They have 30 days to respond to the complaint. The BBB web site is easy to find in any search engine.

Ameridebt knows that there will be class action law suits coming so it is in there best intrest to settle with the customers. Just make sure what you want is fair to you and them and settle for nothing else. The people I talked to are very good at talking. Dont let them convience you that they can do nothing or very little. Once I told them that if they could afford a fifteen million dollar a month add compaign the 5K I thought they owed me is small change they had a diffrent attitude.

Be patient and dont take the first or second offer they givr you.
