Dear Taziblue;

Thank you for your kind thoughts, an honor to know this worthless scribe's ruminations on the 'mediation' sham have been written up so that others may be spared the misery inflicted by those misusing the justice system.
A fine point about paid mediators as opposed to the 'paid-off' gouty cirhhotic badly aging tertiary syphillitics haunting this county's courthouse. A mediator paid would be an up-front operative as opposed to 'volunteers' infesting courts courtesy of biz-gov axis of sleaze.
The latter are, if not in fact, surely in spirit 'paid', demonstrated by reflexive siding with dumpy-wing CA doot-flies.
Your kind commentary delighted this wretched scribbler, knowing the terror - word is not used lightly - of Small Shams Arraignments, Judge Crazy Man presiding, can produce observations useful to others.
The spectacle of a Judge frenetically rambling about his courtroom, cracking jokes to an unsettled audience, telling defendants they either give CA's all they demand or else the "Sheriff's gonna go to your house and get your stuff" constitutes an avalanche of affronts to the senses.
Never mind the CA lawyer - Mediator crony have no evidence to support their claims, nope, nope. Give over little man...or else, seems to be the order of the day, from the Bench no less.
The saddest sight among many observed during one session was that of a young lady left permanently disfigured by severe facial trauma as result of accident. Sued for the unpaid - and trifling - balance not covered by sleazebag greedy-gut HMO, her maimed expression seemed bland as compared with the abject fear and pain in her eyes, much to snide delight of snickering CA lawyers coldly gloating, dressed in fine polyester suits with permanent B.O. and yellow armpits. The men were as well chicly attired.
CA scumbags, sham mediators, Judge Cracker and those with nothing behind the eyes saw meat to be drained of blood money to the point of ischemia, the carcass unceremoniously tossed in the dumpster behind the newest County Temple of Mammon.
The look was haunting, compelling, serving as burning motivation to get out the word on Collection - Extortion Racketeers when one's own vigor wane, burning with the intensity of a hung furnace.
Delighted that sheer terror has cooled to insight beneficial to others. Vicious bullying swine in the collection 'industry' make many people wish no longer to live. Many thanks to kind friends on this board and as well legal volunteer groups for selfless giving and upbuilding encouragement. Happy and honored to be of service.
Richard Speck's heinous crime during summer of '66 was equalled by his less well known vile conduct behind the wall, film clips of which surface occasionally on tv. Still, he was an honest predator, showing no mercy, asking none in return, his tatoo "Born to Raise Hell" telegraphing his heart's intent long before his summer follies. A refreshing contrast to vicious cowards comprising the 'collections industry'. At least Mr. Speck was forthcoming about his motives and behavior.
As for tabloids, did you see photo of Bat Boy on cover of current Weekly World News (r)? Headline sez he assisted with Sadaam capture. Bears uncanny resemblance to a 'collections professional', except Bat Boy's ears are not quite so large.

Uncannily,

Keyser Soze
