One more question - so if the judgement were renewed in Maryland it would have had to been done within the 12-year SOL? If wasn't done within that 12 years, then it can't be renewed?

Sorry for so many questions. This whole thing really caught me off guard as it seem to just crawl out of the wood work after all these years.
