well, the letter actually said they would "pursue legal action" (yes, those were their exact words)if they did not hear from me within 10 days of the date of the letter. but then they wrote me a similiar letter in november of 2002..they told me they would "pursue legal action" then.

i don't know what they call 'legal action' , besides hauling me to court and garnishing my wages.
