This FBCS CA keeps calling my in-laws telling them how much debt we have. They have done this 3 times. So today I finally get a letter from these people saying they will settle for 50% of amount owed. The last date of activity was 10-01. I am in Ohio and I know the SOL on credit cards is 4 years on open accounts. Should I DV them or ignore them? This debt is a little over $1,100 and is showing on reports although I just got it dleted from TU. Any advice on what to do would be great.
