Always always always list every possible defense you can think of... most attorney's do so in "boiler plate" answers. Don't ever rely on an attorney that does not specialize in consumer law to tell you anything relating to credit suits... they simply do not know. BK attornies specialize in BK. I doubt if the attorney you talked to had ever read the TILA...
