MBNA and Bank Card Services. Both handled at the same place.I don't KNOW for sure and now that I think about it, I'm sure the guy at MBNA/BCS told that the amount they would settle with me for was what they were going to sell it to W&A for to make it sound like the BEST offer.
If you would re-read my orgional post I told you up front that I'm a CA. What part of it do you NOT understand?
