You need to review the court records to see what was filed. If they appealed, typically there are brief filed and deadlines for you to file a responsive brief etc. If they did not send you copies of their briefs etc, then you can challenge the setting aside of the default you have against them. You need to check your court rules on these things, most court librarians are pretty helpful to people who do not have a lawyer.

I don't know what admissions they are referring to, so you need to review that document to see what it is.
