DO NOT send anything to the CRA.

Check with the Court and see if there was an entered judgent, or just a claim. If the judgment was actually entered (which I doubt) there would be a book and page #.
If the CRA is just showing a case #, then all you need to do is to dispute it as as NOT an entered judgment, but a dismissed claim.

They will get their verification from their data supplier, which is the ONLY thing they will accept.

If by some mischance there is an actual judgment entered, you will have to file a motion to get it vacated.
