California, Pursuant to CRC 212, a completed Case Management Statement (Judicial Council from CM-110) must be filed at least 15 calendar days prior to the Case Management Review date. The Case Management Statement may be filed jointly by all parties/ attorneys of record or each party/attorney of record.
The Court may impose sanctions (including dismissal of the case, striking of the answer and payment of money), pursuant to LASC Local Rules Chapter 7, CCP Sections 177.5,575.2,583.150,583.360 and 583.410, GC Section 68608 (b) and CRC 200, et. seq. for failure to file the Case Management Statment, or effectively participate at the Case Management Review. Does anyone have any ideas? countersue for violations? HELP!!
