yes true. they dont have to accept anything..but it would help them get their money, as i for one do not have a lump sum. if i did i wouldnt have gotten behind on my account lol. when u add the interest and such ..which, yes.,i know is legal..but it puts it out of my reach to resolve it,,,i just think getting a little money is better than none at all. they dont agree and legally they can do that. the smart thing tho is they would work with us..and not against us. all the lying,threats,and screaming in the world still dont create money, i can be frightened to death by them but i still wouldnt have any money. i dont even have burial insurance lol. i did tell one he could have my casket money and my kids would use a Hefty bag..he didnt find that amusing. lol lol. its not like i have a maid and a porsche. they seem to think we all have thousands laying around to hand off if someone gets mean enuff. ummmmm no! the basic psychology is wrong. oh i need someone to get mean so i will pay! umm nope not me. im a bit more mature than that.
