You can send a cease and desist letter. Send it CRRR. But, if it will only be a week until you file and the automatic stay kicks in, that hardly seems worth the effort.
Heck, have some fun with 'em. Get a police whistle and blast that butthead right in the ear a few times!
Ask him for his address and repeat the letters slowly, one a time repeatedly-tell him your bk lawyers says he wants good contact info. Have some fun with 'em. The journey is over for you and the rest of your life is on the horizon. Celebrate and invite him to join in!
