it cleared - it was actually my xmas present from my mom - she answered the phone when they called while i was at work and took care of it (gotta love mom). i spoke to the woman who my mom dealt with and she said by february it will show as 'debt settled', the charge off notice will be gone as will the R9, but it will still show as 120 days past due at time of payoff... something to do with the once monthly report to the credit agencies - it takes a while to catch up. we shall see...
