I just called the attorney to ask the question about the house and the nice one we spoke to was not in so I spoke to the main att., and he was very short with me. Really frightened me. Should we just go to court, let Discover garnish my husband's wages, let our mortgage go and move, we do have a place to go to live with family. I am so sorry to bother you, but I cannot stop crying. I feel so rotten for all this happenig to us at our age. Thank you. Rosie
