I seriously doubt that is accurate. Chargebacks are usually initated by the card holder and refer to some kind of dispute.

You might want to check out the FTC website on credit card charges.

CAs will say anything to get your money. Including, sell your house, borrow from your 401K (they can;t touch it) etc
