I'm about 30,000 indebt with credit cards. I was behind on payments and got involved with a company called pinnacle quest. They basically have you send dispute letters because the credit card companies "create" money in your name when you recieve a card, this is an illegal practice. PQ stated that hardly any of their clients get sued. Well I got letters from lawyers from 2 out of the 3 cc so far and the fleet is in collections. I've tried settlement services but the guy from the collections agency won't accept that, tells me he needs the money now and fleet no longer owns the acct. IS THAT TRUE?
