Sending a letter to CA from P.O. Box is it ok to do so?

I have this CA calling a family member. I want to send them a cease and assist letter. But I don't want to send it from our address. Can I send it using our P.O. box? These jerks are ticking me off and I need them to stop calling this person who is dying to get into our business, it is killing him to find out why they are looking for my husband. The SOL will be up in Dec-04 for this account. I have had luck getting it deleted from 1 of his reports.
