OF COURSE THEY HAVE JUDGEMENTS. You didn't bother to show up and ask for validation. They got the judgement because you let them get judgements. YOU STILL HAVE LEGAL RECOURSE. File Bk and ask your attorney to have the judgements vacated. Would have been easier and cheaper if you had answered/showed up and asked for validation. What state are you in? Can they garnish? Since they sued so fast,they probably know where you work.
