Since they sued you so early, they must have known or felt you had something they could attach, such as wages, bank accounts, home, etc. You did not fight them and they got judgements by default. In checking many court records, most CA's only win by default. The CA's very seldom have the proper paperwork to win these cases, if debtors decide to fight. This forum tries to inform posters on the laws, tactics of collectors, and what to expect and what to do to protect themselves from lawsuits or how to fight them. Sometimes all the veterans can do, in the aftermath of lawsuits, is offer means of reducing the effects of the actions and/or give direction to credit repair.
