I am not the type to go to court without an attorney for anything. For me, in my circumstances, bk was the easiest and cheapest way to go. Why Chat told me that I did not have to file bk, but I did not find this board until well after the fact. I know more now than I did a year ago, but I think FOR ME, it was the best way to go. Living with the stress of dodging creditors, watching caller ID and so forth was stressful. Bk put a stop to all of that. I don't have any regrets.
