What would qualify as non-dischargeable debts when filing for bankruptcy? What is considered "charging up your credit cards before filing"? For example, if someone made a lot of charges on their card just before having the credit card closed in 2001 due to unexpected loss of job, but didn't file for bankruptcy until 2004 would that be considered non-dischargeable?
