I know I have to file a chapter 7, as I found a letter in my mail box at work saying that a $6,500+ judgement was given and I must pay 10%, or the next step is garnishment. I do not want my employer getting this. I also have a $7,000+ judgement as well as another $5,000, then a couple small accounts. I want to get my life in order but wish to know what post chapter 7 will be like? How public is this information (As far as employers go)?
