Why Chat: in a previous post you wrote and I quote as follows

"Florida has VERY liberal exemptions for both judgments and BK. You home is COMPLETELY exempt from lien, your wages are completely exempt from garnishment, as you are "head of household" (end quote)

My question is, since I live in Florida, but am single, would in any case I be considered exempt from garnishment by way of being "head of household"? I am also not a property owner in this state.
