My wife came through a very difficult divorce and was left in a position that could only be solved by BR. She was discharged early May 1998. We were married September 1997. (Good grief, the more I write the more our lives sound like melodramas.) All of the debts were in her prior last name. We thought that she had to wait at least seven if not ten years. A responder to someone else's post said six years. Is that correct?
