Today I received a letter from the attorney that sued my on behalf of First Resolution Management. If I don't resond to his letter within 10 days, he is going to inform First Resolution that I am not willing to settle this debt amicably. OH REALLY!!! Daah doesn't this guy know he already sued me? How lame is that. O.K. What do I do. Ignore? send strong letter mentioning that this debt was discharged in bk, the SOL now applies anyway. Also who should I send letters to besides the bar association. Last but not least, can I sue him???
