Ok, today's basic lesson in contracts. You can not create a contract with a minor. A minor lacks contractual capacity.

If you enter into a contract with a minor, it is voidable at the choice of the minor. (Some exceptions apply)

If someone used your identity to obtain credit, you need to file a fraud report. Yes- even if it is your Mother- the poor woman needs help and if she gets to the courthouse, they may put her in a treatment program instead of jail.
