I think they know where we work. I was behind and had not made a payment from about April 2003 until October 2003. I made an arrangement with the original creditor and had a regular monthly payment again in October. I missed the November payment but I made the December payment. I got the letter from the attorney last week. I appreciate your response, I just didn't have anything to compare this to. I am clueless as to this process and I don't want to get taken for a ride If I don't have to. Whe you filed chapter 7 did you have to go to court a lot? Looking back do you think it was a good decision? I appreciate you relaying your experience and I realize mine will vary, but it still helps.
