I never knew about the arb rejection letter until recently. W & A took me twice to NAF and won. Surprise! Surprise! Now I'm being sued by Upton Cohen & Slamowitz. I have retained an attorney to settle with them so I don't have to go to court. Upton, Cohen & Slamowitz are dirtbags about as bad as W & A. They had their skip tracer or process server or whatever they call him tail me and run tags on the cars in front of my house. Not only that, he parked near my house and watched our comings and going for about 2 weeks before serving the summons. Of course they found out where I worked. He followed me there or they wouldn't have known. I remember seeing the car near my job because my son described the car the process server left in, and it's the same car a friend of mine has so it all came together then. Too bad the neighbors who saw the car parked in the same place for 2 week with someone inside didn't get the plate number. And it was very early in the morning he was seen and he served the summoms at 7am. Scary, considering that the school bus picks up my kids at 7 am. every day.
Just be careful.
