That's an AT&T Univeral card - Citi bought them. If OSI is on your report, then write to OSI. Do not do this stuff on the phone.

Send a certified, proof of delivery letter demanding that they prove this debt is yours or remove it from your reports. Don't sign your letter.

Wait for the green card to come back, and then dispute the entry on your report. They should not verify with the credit bureaus if they have not proved the debt is yours.

This is a trick that has become obvious over time. The CRA's sell the names of people appying for mortgages to collection agencies. The collectiona gencies know that you cannot close on a mortgage with an outstanding collection on their report. They don't care if it's really yours or not, because most people will pay it in order to close.

Again, if anyone here is getting ready to apply for a mortgage, OPT OUT. Then they can't sell your name.
