Yes, the have to get a judgement against you before they can do anything. If they actually sued you, you would receive a summons according to your state statues. A nice lady rang my doorbell and gave me the summons.

At this point, it is probably just scare tactic. Ignore them and they are more likely to move onto easier prey.
