Does you phone allow you to add them to your address book? If so, add them with a distinctive ring.

My phone "gargles" everytime the OC calls me.

You can go the C&D route or they can't incure a cost on you to collect (ITS letter). But with only 6 months left on the SOL, it maybe better to lay low.
